MMentorship

MMentorship is a mentorship program at Media.Monks. It was launched via the employee resource group WoMMen.in.Tech to promote mutual learning across teams and continents. Forty mentees and mentors met over three months to share knowledge and expertise.

Mentors share their experience

I was the creative producer for this program. A group of us at Media.Monks identified a need for mentorship within the community, and teamed up to make this idea a reality. We spearheaded the first mentorship program as a pilot offered to WoMMen.in.Tech members and allies.

After an open call, we selected and paired participants for nine sessions to explore and consult on areas of professional or personal interest. To make the most of the pilot, we organised a midpoint check-in, and a graduation event where participants could share their learnings with the group.
